The evidence is growing in how social media is being leveraged by organizations in a wide variety of industries to help build a competitive edge. Ignoring this in how we approach process excellence efforts will be imprudent. This message needs to be delivered especially to those who are comfortable with how business was done 20 or even a mere 10 years ago.
