and re-acquaint ourselves with a basic prinicple: Process First. Yes, in the excitement of getting to the next frontier, we often miss this important step. This is true whether it is in the context of macro issues, such as Healthcare, that are important to us as a society or whether it is the question of Enterprise Mobility, or In-Memory Analytics, or the latest CRM functionality.
