Social Media trends and mobility are becoming mainstream faster than anyone would have imagined a few years ago. The impacts will certainly be felt within affiliated business processes. Organizations need to be creative in how they plan and innovate for the future, and also how they look at combinations of appropriate technology pieces versus each of them individually.
